Our specialists perform the start-and-adjustments works on the gas regulating installations, gas-consuming plants (gas air heaters, heat generators, boilers and ovens) and also pre-commissioning of the automotive security systems, automotive control systems and the gas-consuming equipment work mode control systems.
After the finishing of the construction-and-assembling operations the as-build technical documentation is prepared, which includes: the hidden works acts, construction passports, certificate of the gas lines testing for hermetic sealing, acceptance certificate for the gas lines and gas-consuming installation for the integrated testing performing (start-and-adjustment works) from the moment of signing which, the gas-consuming equipment and gas lines are considered to be accepted for the integrated testing. The start-and-adjustment works are held to receive the optimal parameters of the heat carrier and for the determining of the main thermal performance of the installations and for the providing of the automotive security safe performance and the regulation of the thermal value in accordance with the technical characteristics and the project.
Specialists of LLC “Energyresources” develop the programs for the start-and-adjustment work performance individually for each object taking into account the equipment technological parameters and technological checklists of the production processes, the program data is coordinated with the Customer. The program of the start-and-adjustment work includes:
- Examination of the installed gas lines and gas burner units
